“Thousands of parents found themselves in a situation of having to try and teach their kids while juggling working from home to help them catch-up on school work and lost hours in the classroom. This period has been incredibly disruptive to parents and children alike and employers need to recognise that working guardians are being stretched further and thinner than ever before.”
