We’re pleased to share that our research was recently featured in an article that covers the critical choice companies face over hybrid working.

The removal of all Covid-19 restrictions in the UK has paved the way for business leaders to outline their long-term strategy for hybrid-working, with many considering employee productivity and job satisfaction before implementing a strict return to the office.

Our research found that 57% of Brits do not want to go back to the ‘normal’ way of working in an office with normal office hours, whilst 40% believe a strict return to the office would hinder performance.

With 41% of people reporting they are likely to consider leaving their jobs within the next year, employers must take their employees’ desire to continue with a hybrid working approach seriously so that they are not left with a talent exodus.
