In light of the latest government advice that home working can soon end, I was delighted to feature in a recent article to discuss the shifting attitudes of employees towards work.

Research by Theta Global Advisors LLP found that more than half of British workers worked better at home, whilst 40% of Brits believe forcing a strict return to the office would hinder their performance.

We can see that employees are at their happiest and most productive when they can be flexible in both where and when they work.

Working culture and expectations have changed and employers should adopt a flexible and empathetic approach to returning to the office to ensure a happier and more productive workforce going forward.
