She is a lean practitioner with extensive experience in process excellence and global business services (GBS) in all aspects of developing an optimal service delivery model; including process sourcing and design, organisational design, governance structures, technology and reporting.
Natasha has a proven track record of developing target operating models, designing and implementing both captive and outsourced shared services centres, and centres of excellence globally.
Natasha provides expert advice and hands-on project management for delivering multifaceted and large projects across a wide range of complex finance and cross-functional operational challenges, and implementing new accounting standards. She uses her deep understanding of best practices and performance drivers combined with stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills, to deliver pragmatic client specific solutions that provide sustainable efficiency and effectiveness improvements, and drive business results beyond the full project lifecycle.
