Reena focuses on deal and accounting advisory services that include complex accounting standards advice and implementation, GAAP conversions and post deal support. 

With over twelve years’ experience as a Senior Manager in a Big4 firm specialising in audits of real estate and private equity funds and fund managers, she has gained extensive experience of delivering audit services to Pan European fund managers with complex structures and in project managing the complexities of group audits with different accounting frameworks and jurisdictions. In addition, she has led audits in Africa for significant real estate development projects spanning across East and West Africa, building significant experience with property valuations and development appraisals on UK and international assets. 

She uses her insights to enhance companies’ performances by improving their internal and external reporting and works with companies to improve their processes and strengthen their control environment. Combining her technical expertise with in-depth understanding of client needs, she provides businesses with a more solid basis for making decisions on transactions and commercial arrangements, thereby supporting them in driving sustainable value.
