Deals Advisory
We provide clients with specialist expertise and support across a wide range of deals and transactions accounting workstreams for Class 1 deals, IPOs (AIM and Main market), M&A, trade deals and raises.
We provide clients with insights and support on the required processes and deliver hands-on support across the myriad of deal accounting tasks and documentation throughout all of these challenges.
Insights+Modelling
Our 'Insights' team enable clients to create valuable insights from their existing data, improve data analysis and data reporting.
Our 'Modelling' team develop and prepare comprehensive and interactive models for clients forecasts, projections, results analysis, working capital models and valuations (share options, intangibles, goodwill etc).

We want to reward our Partners for their support and hard work – we pay a percentage based commission on successful referred opportunities that result in a paid engagement with the client. For certain Partners we also offer the opportunity to be part of an engagement and be rewarded through billable hours.
